The wrap is 4 meters long so you can wrap around your waist multiple times to compress your stomach/abdomen area. This garment is very flexible, stretchy and long to accommodate the size of your waist and so that you can adjust it to target the areas that you want to lose inches. The wrap is great for compression to decrease bloating and excessive water weight and belly fat.
The wrap is not made of any rods or hooks so it is undetectable under clothing without notice.
